Upper Dublin Library

Upper Dublin Township renovated a former office building into their new Public Library. This project consisted of a 56,000 square foot two-story library that includes an auditorium, cafe, and additional tenant spaces. In addition, the facility includes a STEM Creation Lab, Computer Lab, Conference Rooms, multiple reading areas, and more. Cooper Mechanical Construction secured the HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection contracts for this project, which was completed in March 2020.
