POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As an HVAC Project Manager, you will have a dynamic position that spans all areas of HVAC construction projects, giving you the ability to see a project from start to completion. This includes, but is not limited to, managing all phases of ongoing projects including managing schedules, interacting with the project owner, approving expenses, etc. In addition, this position would oversee HVAC field staff including superintendents, and tradesmen. As a CAD Detailer, you will lead detailing efforts for the HVAC and Plumbing Construction teams. This includes, but is not limited to, 3D detailing of plumbing, HVAC piping, and sheet metal duct systems including spool drawings and bills of materials.
